Michelle Gravity has been a professional exotic dancer for 10 years and started learning the art of the pole seven years ago. In that time she has received many awards at numerous competitions. In 2004 she placed 3rd at the National Pole Princess Competition. In the last year and a half she and her partner Katrina have formed a critically acclaimed pole dancing duo called Gravity Plays Favorites. They have been featured all over the country for museum galas, a tour with Came, and most recently, "The Sensuous Woman with Margaret Cho."

Classes She Instructs
Strip To Be Fit / Pole Dancing!
This class if for those of you who want to get into shape, but actually have fun and feel sexy doing it. You will learn the art of the strip tease, basic exotic dancing moves, and basic twirls and tricks on the pole. Students should wear anything from regular workout / yoga clothes to exotic dance costumes. Heels are optional. Bare or sock feet are fine. Bring fun layers or accessories to take off; button-up shirts, extra bras, scarves, long necklaces, boas, gloves, whatever you want. This class is for you. Leave your insecurities at home! We will have fun and be nothing but supportive of each other! No experience necessary.
Intermediate Pole Dancing / Exotic Dancing
This class is designed for those of you interested in learning the art of pole dancing. You will learn basic and intermediate pole tricks and begin learning how to transition from one trick to another. You will build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Students should wear boy-cut shorts and bras or bikini tops. Feel free to bring layers to remove. "Stripper" shoes, bare feet, jazz shoes, or ballet slippers are all fine. Bring a towel; you will sweat! Start stretching now. Yoga is wonderful!
Advanced Pole Dancing
This class is designed only for those with experience. If you have successfully completed the intermediate class or you are already a pole dancer who is ready to learn more, this class is for you. These students should also wear boy-cut shorts and bras or bikini tops. Feel free to bring layers to remove. "Stripper" shoes, bare feet, jazz shoes, or ballet slippers are fine. Also bring a towel; you already know you will sweat. Stretch!
