Trajano has over 30 years experience in a variety of Martial Arts ranging from internal soft arts like Tai Chi and Pakua to full contact and external competitive arts such as San-jo and ultimate fighting. Expert in self defense techniques collected from Japanese, Chinese, Greek and Brazilian combative arts. Holder of more than five black belts in Japanese and Korean arts such as:

Over 10 years experience in teaching and coaching martial artists for competitive demonstrations and full contact fighting. Teaching experience ranges from children and young adults at community colleges to adults and seniors at universities and retirement homes.
Trajano's Experience
2002- : Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) training and Power Strike Boxing Studied Brazilian Jiu-jitsu techniques presented and executed at the UFC and taught by the Gracie family. These technques include: take downs, submissions and ground fighting forms. Studied the art of power punches for strength and accuracy as taught by No Holds Barred (NHB) Fighting champion Mark Hatmaker.
1997-2002: Shaolin Chin-na and Shaolin Boxing Studied the Chinese art of seize and control with Shaolin Chin-na Master Dr. Xingon Yu. These techniques include arm, elbow and shoulder holds, single and double arm chokes, flexible guards and power punches to vital points. Dr. Xingon Yu is the top instructor for Master Gao, chief instructor of one of the largest shaolin boxing schools in the south of China.
1993-2001: Wushu, Internal Arts and Qigong, Taoist Meditation, Tai-chi Palm Studied Internal Arts including Tai-chi, wushu, Lio-ha-bafa, pakua and Qigong with Sifu Jenny Lamb. Sifu Jenny Lamb is the founder of the Internal Arts Institute and founder of the "Tasting Tao" publication. Sifu Jenny Lamb was the coach of the Chinese National Martial Arts Qushu team from the University of Beijing. Sifu Jenny Lamb acted in the movie The Honor of Dong Fung Xu, the first modern Mainland Chinese Martial movie.
1993-1999: Tai-chi and Pushing Hands Studied Yang style Tai-chi and pushing hands with emphasis on balance control, inner power and self defense applications with Sifu Vince Carella. Vince Carella is the author of 3-Dimensional Movement, a series of pushing hands techniques designed to maximize power and strength of the muscle movement. These techniques are applicable to movements on any sport.
1984-1995: Shaolin Kung-fu, Five Animal Fighting, Tai-chi, San-jo Studied Shaolin Kung-fu including tiger, crane, and leopard, dragon and snake style fighting with Sifu Dr. Larry Adams. Participated in several competitions, performing on forms and full contact events. Took second places in the Phoenix regional events. Took second place in full contact Saint Louis Krane Championships.
1979-1984: Taekwondo, Judo and Shotokan Taught Korean and Japanese martial arts at various locations including Boston University, Saint Louis Community College, Parkway South High School, University of Missouri-Saint Louis, University of Missouri Rolla, and Washington University.
1980: Black belt second degree in Hapkido, black belt in Taekwondo 1979: Black belt in Aikido and Shotokan 1977: Black belt in Judo and Hapkido 1975: Second place in city-wide Judo and Greco-Roman wrestling 1973: First place in Collegiate Greco-Roman wrestling and Pancration
